吴东波

吴东波，主任医师，硕士研究生导师，医学博士，毕业于南方医科大学。任医院疝与腹壁外科疾病腔镜治疗中心副主任，中国医师协会肥胖和糖尿病外科委员会委员，广西医学会普通外科分会青年委员会委员，国家自然科学基金项目评审专家。2013年度医院“优秀医生”和“科技拔尖人才”。
主要从事普通外科的临床、教学和科研工作。先后到美国Florida医院和加拿大Toronto大学附属医院学习腹腔镜微创技术和肥胖症、糖尿病的胃减容手术。对腹腔镜外科技术具有较深入的研究和实践。参加了大量普通外科疑难病例的诊断和规范化手术治疗。擅长胃癌、结直肠癌、腹壁疝、甲状腺疾病和肠梗阻等普通外科疾病的诊断和外科手术，以及肥胖症和糖尿病的外科手术治疗，尤其擅长腹腔镜微创手术。
现主持腹腔镜外科技术国家自然科学基金1项[腹腔镜免气腹关键技术的研究及其动物实验]。作为医院课题组负责人参与国家自然科学基金合作项目2项[1.肝脏疾病的计算机辅助诊测及信息管理与分析系统的研究；2.计算解剖学在腹部疾病诊断及手术中的应用研究]，澳门科学技术发展基金会课题1项[甲状腺微创手术的术前规划和仿真研究]。主持广西卫生厅科研课题1项[腹膜后肿瘤的三维重建与术前规划]，参与广西自然科学基金2项[1.改良腹腔镜直肠前切除手术对直肠癌患者生存质量影响的探讨；2.基于64排螺旋CT的胃癌淋巴结分期在胃癌手术中的指导作用]，参与广西医疗卫生适宜技术研究与开发项目1项[国产腹腔镜下切割止血多功能超能剪的基础与临床应用研究]。获得国家发明专利3项，国家实用新型专利12项。发表学术论文20多篇，SCI收录3篇。参与编写《实用腹腔镜外科手术学》、《普通外科腹腔镜手术彩色图谱》和《大肠癌的微创手术》。

Project：Study on key technique of laparoscopic gasless surgery and its animal experiment ( National Natural Science Foundation of China, Number: 81160187, Time: 2012/01～2014/12)
Project abstract: As a minimally invasive technique, laparoscopic surgery has become an important operation method for liver, biliary ducts, pancreas, spleen, stomach, intestines, lateral ventral syndrome, hystera and ovaries now. Commonly, we use CO2 to establish laparoscopic operative space. However, CO2 pneumoperitoneum would cause some harmful effects on respiratory apparatus, circulation system, foetus, an so on. As a result, some abdominal wall lifting devices have been invented for gasless laparoscopic surgery which have a big shortcoming with insufficient operative space. In this study, we will combine surgery, mechanics and materials to investigate a new type of laparoscopic gasless technique. It is an umbrella-like abdominal wall lifting, and it can provid sufficient operative space for laparoscopic surgery. We will do some animal experiments for it to study the relationship between operative space and abdominal wall lifting strength, to compare its operative space with other gas and gasless techniques, and to investigate its safety and feasibility by cholecystectomy. The aim is to provide theory and technique for solving the problems of laparoscopic surgery for patients with old age, insufficient cardiorespiratory function, gestational period and long operative time, and to provide theory and technique for generalizating gasless laparoscopic surgery.
